Call for participation
The South African Council for Automation and Control (SACAC) invites you to participate in a Control Systems Open Day to be held at the School of Electrical, Electronic and Computer Engineering of the North-West University in Potchefstroom on 28 October 2016. This one-day event showcases control related research undertaken at universities across South Africa, giving postgraduate students, researchers and industry experts working in the field of automation and control the opportunity to engage with each other and share their research work.

Extended abstract submission
Prospective authors are invited to submit 1-2 page extended abstracts in the area of Automation and Control for presentation at the open day. Accepted abstracts will appear as pre-prints without copyright so that the material may be submitted elsewhere. All submissions must be in PDF format and prepared using the IFAC style guide, (http://ifac.papercept.net/conferences/support/support.php)
